Transport, crew, installation, engineering, site conditions, build windows and breakdown all contribute to the delivered cost. A project in an easily accessible venue with generous working time will not cost the same as one requiring restricted overnight access or additional site measures.

A raw architectural treatment with simple furniture and lighting is very different from a fully branded hospitality suite with AV, bars, bespoke interiors and premium furniture. Both use the same structural platform but deliver different experiences.
