What is the Access Displays Referral Programme?
The Access Displays exhibition stand referral scheme rewards existing clients who introduce us to other exhibitors. When someone you refer places an order with us, you receive a credit of up to £1,000 against your next stand build.
Many of our best client relationships began with a recommendation. We’d rather grow through trust and reputation than cold outreach, and we want to reward the clients who help us do that.
Who can take part?
The programme is open to existing Access Displays clients. You can refer any business that exhibits at trade shows, events, or exhibitions and would benefit from a stand partner focused on results, not just the build.
How our exhibition stand referral scheme works
1. Introduce us:
Send a direct introduction, ideally by email, to someone in your network you think we’d be a good fit for.
2. We take it from there:
We’ll get in touch within 24–48 hours, and we’ll keep you updated along the way while respecting your contact’s confidentiality.
3. Earn your reward:
Once your referral confirms their order and pays their deposit, we’ll call you to confirm your credit.
4. Use your credit:
Your credit is applied to your next stand build invoice.

Key Terms at a Glance
- The referral must be made before Access Displays is already in contact with the exhibitor.
- Credit is issued once the referred client has paid their deposit.
- Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Credit applies to stand builds only, not show services, graphic reprints or other items.
- Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- One credit is issued per converted referral.
- Referrals must be to a different legal entity. Self-referrals are not eligible.
- Credit cannot be transferred to another company without our approval.
- Access Displays reserves the right to confirm eligibility and may update the programme terms.
Is this a discount scheme?
No. It’s our way of saying thank you to clients who trust us enough to recommend us. It’s built on relationships, not discounts.
How do I make a referral?
The simplest way is an email introduction that connects your contact with your Access Displays account manager.
When will I receive my credit?
Your credit becomes valid as soon as the referred client pays their deposit. We’ll call you to confirm the amount and expiry date, then follow up by email.
How long does my credit last?
12 months from the date it’s issued.

Can I refer more than one business?
Yes. You’ll earn a separate credit for each referral that becomes a client.
Will my contact know I referred them?
