Established in 1990, Access Displays has delivered over $200 million dollars of exhibition and display solution projects in over 30 different countries across six continents.

We like to think of ourselves as experienced professionals who are adept at forming trusted and long-lasting relationships, which is part of the reason why some of our customers have partnered with us for over 30 years.
Our philosophy is simple, “We always act in our clients’ best interests and represent their core values and missions throughout our working relationships by delivering high quality solutions to every budget and size with transparency and honesty”.

Although we have worked on a myriad of different high-profile events including four Olympic Games, COP26, RAF100, The British Grand Prix and many others, we are best known for our services to the exhibition and display industry.

It is here where we are not only recognised as trusted partners by our customers, but we are also respected by event organisers and venues and the larger industry and community.

Over three decades we have been leaders in design and innovation by driving sustainability, and reusability. As members of various trade associations within the Exhibition, Event, Display and Museum industries we have the necessary insurance cover and credentials to deliver projects of all sizes and complexities. Our smallest stands are 2m x 3m and our largest single stand 600 sqm.

Access Displays is a family owned and run business where everyone is valued, and every one’s values are respected and shared. Our management style is one of empowerment and we encourage inclusion and openness to promote trust both internally and externally with our customers, partners, and suppliers.

We empower a group of exceptionally talented and experienced people who share and promote our values at every opportunity including within our local communities and designated charity work.

Most employees have worked with us for over 10 years with many over 20 years and some as long as 30 years. The people we employ don’t just simply work for us, they have also invested emotionally into our culture and our ethos, and the customers that we serve. The products and solutions that we suggest to our customers are based on being the most appropriate for your needs and your budgets whilst being mindful of our environmental and sustainable responsibilities. We will always try and offer solutions for hire and reuse where we can and work with suppliers and partners who share our values and who are local to the project delivery where possible.

What Makes Us Different?

When we speak to our customers, we are often told that our approach is very different to our competitors. The reason they generally give is that we “genuinely want to help you or your event to be successful”.

In other words, we get what it is that you are trying to do. It doesn’t matter to us if you are a first-time exhibitor or a start-up with a little budget or a seasoned professional working for a global brand with the largest budget. Our aim is to find out about you, your organisation and what it is that you are trying to achieve. Once we understand that we can then talk about the different solutions.

We like to hear about marketing strategies, personal ambitions, expansion plans and market share but we also recognise diminishing marketing budgets, shareholder pressure, visibility, accountability, environmental impact statements and the importance of ROI.

We may be one of the oldest and experienced exhibitions and display companies in the country but please don’t be fooled into thinking that our ideas and ambitions are old school.

Event services and Organiser Solutions

We work with exhibition and event organisers as their main contractor where we pull together years of experience working with our network of contacts to deliver diverse projects often at short notice. Our services include supplying shell schemes and related services, reception units and feature areas, event furniture, staging, audio visual, and lighting.

Display Solutions and Experiences

Our staff have the collective knowledge and experience of over 300 years to draw on so it is not surprising that we are often the Go-to contractor on many occasions to propose workable solutions to challenging problems. We offer display solutions of every type including aluminium extrusions, cardboard fabrications, graphic design and production, and traditionally built structures and products.

Glass Display Cases and Museum Work

Although we offer many standard glass display cases through our online shop on our website, the majority of our glass projects are solution based. This is where we can add the most value. We work with designers, architects, collection managers and other specifiers who often present us with display challenges and problems, or just an idea or a basic sketch. Using our extensive experience of working with different types and thicknesses of glass we can deliver high quality glass solutions for retail, shop fitting, and museum-based projects.
