Textiles - Cotton, silk, flag and banner, polyester, viscott, twill, canvas, net, voile.
Many of these substrates are relatively new to the market, some we haven’t tried ourselves yet. They all offer solutions to particular requirements, if you have an idea it may be that we can offer some options. With some of the more unusual materials it is much better to start trailing them early as we may have to learn what colour compensations we need to make, or what its drying times are etc.
No longer do you have to think of the rigid board or the Pop-up and encapsulate, we have successfully produced a wide range of display graphics for many clients using finishes such as canvas stretched over timber frames, voiles tied into freestanding screens, drop banners in overlapping fabrics. Metallic foils with overlapping acrylic shapes.
Obviously the printing is only one aspect of most display graphics, the finishing is equally important and equally diverse. Again there are many ‘off the shelf’ solutions for banner stands, pop-ups and rigid boards which we have successfully been producing for many years. Again as the market increases and the manufacturers think of more ways to suspend, tie, frame or mount their graphics, so we have to use our experience and skills to match the best possible use of materials to the specifics of the system. We have a comprehensive library of the available systems and commodities and can offer much initial set-up advice from a few clues you may be able to give us, like a dimension or a colour or even an e-mailed picture of just a part of a frame.
A large part of the service we offer is a consultancy with all our clients as to the most appropriate way to display their graphics, we have full workshop facilities in-house for adding that extra dimension to any project and excellent working relationships with specialist glass and metal workers.
