Display boards are velcro compatible felt boards and are one of the most cost effective ways of exhibiting. The boards are double sided and covered in a velcro compatible fabric. These fabric display boards can be supplied with or without headers. Display boards are mainly free standing however we also offer display boards which can sit on a table top. Most of our display board stands are available for both purchase and hire.

What types of display boards and panels are available?

Folding display boards tend to be lightweight with hinges separating the panels. This allows the panels to be folded in such a way which allows it to stand up without support. A popular choice with not only first time exhibitors, but also the more experienced exhibitors.

Panel and pole display boards can be either freestanding or elevated using bases, poles and clips and are a more heavy duty solution. Panel and pole display boards can be reconfigured or linked to create a larger display stand.

There are 3 display board panel types available:

Baseline panels are a cost effective lightweight panel with a recessed panel face on one side that allows graphics up to 3mm thick to be fixed flush with the extruded frame. This allows graphics to remain in-situ during foldaway and transit, making Baseline ideal for hinged folding kits and small portable panel & pole displays. Baseline is available in a Standard (on request) or Luxury loop nylon fabric finish, in a wide choice of colours.

Matrix panels are a premium panel and offer a choice of features and accessories. This makes these display boards flexible enough for a wide range of applications from a simple presentation kit to conference and modular exhibition stands. Matrix panels are constructed from moisture resistant board and lightweight scratch resistant plastic frames, available in a variety of colours. In addition to fabric panels, this range includes graphic replaceable frames for graphics panels that allow you to replace the graphic as many times as you wish. Seamless graphic walls can be achieved using unique hook & loop fastener magnetic strips.

Phantom panels are perfect for medium to large-scale exhibitions, with very strong and durable panels constructed with integral extruded frame, creating seamless presentations. If required, the panels can be re-covered, making it ideal for repeated use. Phantom panels are recommended mainly for panel and pole stands and is available with a range of accessories, including curved panels, lightboxes, slatwall panels, lockable doors, feature panels, and table tops. Phantom panels are available in a variety of fabric finishes and a wide choice of colours.

Where are display boards used?

Exhibition and event display boards are most commonly used on exhibition stands and displays at venues such as schools, colleges and universities as well as wedding fairs, charity events and photography and art galleries.

Accessories available for our display boards include carry bags for transportation; hook velcro for attaching posters/photos to the boards and also exhibition spotlights for illuminating the display.

Our folding display boards are supplied with carry bags included. Excludes Jumbo panel kits. Carry bags protect the panels from dirt and dust and allow the display to be transported easily to different locations and events.

Velcro is essential for display boards as this allows you to safely attach posters and photos to the fabric. We do not advise using pins on display boards as over time this will gradually deteriorate the quality of the display.

The best lights to use with display boards are ones with a bulldog fitting as this ensures a firm attachment to the top of the panel. Display board lighting illuminates the display to create an eye-catching display stand.
