Free Standing Portable Partitions:

• Partitions are a series of rigid 3/4" thick lightweight panels consisting of a resin impregnated honeycomb core with 10lb. compressed fibreglass bonded to both sides
• Each panel is covered with seamless fabric or vinyl laminated to the fibreglass surface (see fabric/vinyl colours)
• Panels are tackable and sound absorbing
• Panels are joined in series with full length anodized natural or black piano hinges
• Panels are secured in a semi-permanent position by a position control device mounted at the apex of each hinge
• Panels are fit top and bottom with powder painted metal trim
• Certain panels within each partition are fitted with metal legs. Each leg has two zinc finished ball bearing casters with non-marking hard rubber wheels. Each caster is self leveling in height, and casters on the 14 gauge metal end frames are lockable. The end frames are lockable
• The end frames are powder and painted to match panel trim and capped top and side with contour nylon bumpers
• Each end frame is equipped with a spring loaded polyethylene latch to secure folded partition panels in place for storage

A storage area of 6.5 square feet is required for the longest partition, and nesting of multiple partitions reduces the total storage area required.

Wallmount Partitions:

• Partitions are a series of rigid 3/4" thick lightweight panels consisting of a resin impregnated honeycomb core with 10lb. compressed fibreglass bonded to both sides
• Each panel is covered with seamless fabric or vinyl laminated to the fibreglass surface (see fabric/vinyl colours). Panels are tackable and sound absorbing
• Panels are joined in series with full length anodized natural or black piano hinges
• Panels are secured in a semi-permanent position by a position control device mounted at the apex of each hinge
• Panels are fit top and bottom with powder painted metal trim
• Certain panels within each partition are fitted with metal legs. Each leg has two zinc finished ball bearing casters with non-marking hard rubber wheels. Each caster is self leveling in height, and the last two casters on each partition are lockable
• The anchor panel of the partition includes top and bottom spring pin mounting hardware which connects the partition to wall mounted polyethylene angles. The angles are slotted to allow for alignment of partition to the floor and also are drilled for mounting to the wall
• All 11 and 13 panel partitions, all 9 panel partitions in the 6'-8" and 7'-4" heights, and all 8'-0" high partitions include a 14 gauge metal end frame

Portable Classrooms:

• All cabinet parts are 3/4" thick solid particle board substrate with melamine laminate permanently bonded to both surfaces for stable and balanced construction
• Cabinet exterior and interior, including shelves, are of matching thickness and laminate
• Exposed edges are PVC or Bumper T-molding
• Cabinet construction is a combination of recessed glue joints, glued dowels, glued wafers, concealed clips and screws to provide a sound durable cabinet
• Cabinet is available in three models and two wood grain laminates
• Oak veneer tambour door, hardware, and trim are colour coordinated to laminate colour of the cabinet
• Cabinet is mounted on zinc finished ball bearing casters with non-marking hard rubber wheels. Six casters are used on the solo and single models, and five casters on the double model
• Door hinges are concealed self-closing, nickel plated with built in depth, height and vertical adjustments
• All doors pulls are recessed
• Cabinet shelves are adjustable in two inch increments
• All hardware for connecting partitions to cabinet is custom made high density polyethylene
• Solo and Single models include a surface mounted Markerboard on each side
• The two partitions combined with the cabinet provide a total partitioning length of 37'-0" When folded for storage, both partitions are inserted and secured within the storage compartments of the cabinet
• A set of panel clips in three shapes is provided to secure partition panels in place when partition is used in a semi permanent position
