We have an experienced team of nine Exhibition Project Managers that work closely with you until you are satisfied that your exhibition stand is complete. From the outset they will guide you through the process from completing all of the forms in the exhibition manuals to helping you with exhibition collateral.
Project Management
Through having your exhibition stand construction managed by an "Access Displays" Exhibition Project Manager, you call upon over 20 years worth of experience in managing custom built exhibition stands and projects all over the world.
Our Exhibition Project Manager will take complete ownership and manage all of the risk for the production of your exhibition stand, so that you can focus on what you want to achieve during the exhibition and of course your 'day job'. Through experience and established processes, the Access Displays team will ensure that all the i's are dotted and all the t's are crossed.
We provide a single point of contact for you to place all your requests, have all your exhibition questions answered and ultimately have all your visions and ideas developed into the exhibition stand you first envisaged. We will liaise on your behalf with all design, workshop and graphic production studios. In addition, we will make all the necessary arrangements with equipment suppliers and of course the exhibition organisers or exhibition freight companies.
From the conception of your exhibition stand ideas to the completion of your exhibition stand, we can make your project worry free.
On Site Support
Our onsite exhibition organisers will ensure that the stand is built exactly as it was designed. The correct orientation, correct dimensions and of course the correct location.
In addition to building your exhibition stand to the highest standard, the Access Displays Build Team fit and check all the I.T, electrics, water & waste etc. Furthermore, we have a policy. The job is not done until our client has inspected the exhibition stand with a member of our project management team and they are completely satisfied. There are often some last minute requests from our clients and we expect that, so we will be there to help wherever we can. This can include 'non-stand' queries such as "Where is the hotel?", "Where is the organisers office?", "best restaurants?", "taxi rank?" and the on site team will call upon their experience to answer all of your questions throughout the entire exhibition build period.
