The Project Management Team

	Neil Brown Managing Director Neil has overall responsibility for running the entire company but also takes an active role in the taking of client’s custom and modular design briefs and presenting the resulting proposals. On acceptance he will pass the projects on to one of the project managers to run the job through to completion. Neil also operates as the senior account executive for many of our clients. He has introduced some of the very latest project management software, including Gantt charts and critical path analysis as well as creating exhibition questionnaires to help both existing and prospective clients in their exhibition preparation.

	Steve O’Brien Project Manager Steve is an experienced Account Manager who mainly deals with clients who are exhibiting in the UK and Europe with custom build stands. He is meticulous with the detail and looks after an impressive stable of clients who appreciate his tenacious and diligent approach.

	Emma Thatcher Project Manager Emma has been with the company for 8 years and again majors on the custom build stands all across the globe. She deals with some of our largest accounts with a particular bias to the financial sector.

	Paul Kirwin Special Projects Manager With a background in CAD and exhibition design, in addition to project managing the “standard” exhibition stands, Paul is responsible for the more interesting and technically challenging projects. With experience in both custom stands and modular stands he can always come up with a creative and practical approach to meet the clients design and budgetary requirements.

	Jason Bishop Onsite Project Manager “Employee of the year 2006” Jason is our on site client liaison and “Mr Fix it!” With 10 years experience in travelling the world erecting and dismantling exhibition stands he has never missed a deadline. There is not an exhibition venue in the world that he hasn’t been to and knows all of the little tricks of how to work the security guards, the organisers and the on site logistics to make the build up and dismantle of the exhibition as easy as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and our clients “love” him.

	Natalie Smith Project Coordinator Natalie is responsible for the logistics of some of our more active clients who attend over 200 exhibitions a year ranging from small pop up displays to more complex modular installations. Natalie is responsible for ordering materials, travel arrangements, hotels and coordinating clients own exhibition collateral as well as dealing with the clients direct.

	Neil “Nobby” Stratford Workshop Foreman Responsible for the manufacture of all stands it is Neil’s job to approve all designs before they enter the workshop. He will allocate an in house crew of “chippys” and is responsible for Quality Control prior to the stand leaving the workshop. With 10 years experience he has worked on thousands of stands in every venue for just about every show.

	David Pickering Senior Designer Offering a wealth of experience gained within various levels of the Sign and Exhibition Industry David brings extensive Conscientious Design Solutions to suit our clients Promotional needs. Succeeding in many environments throughout his working career, from brief spells in the Work Shop obtaining an insight in to working practices and use of materials, under taking Project Management roles in the UK and overseas and periods of self employment obtaining his own business in a Freelance capacity, all contribute to a wealth of knowledge & valuable skills in Design and 3D visualisation as Senior Designer within our Design Department.
