Print Ready Artwork
Thank you for choosing Access Displays as your graphics provider. Our exclusive business partner based in Chicagowhere the equipment is produced will now explain the process for providing graphics.
Welcome to Orbus graphics
We pride ourselves in our production quality, affordable graphics and would like to introduce you to some of the processes we use to accomplish that everyday. As you know having trade show graphics produced is an important part of every exhibitors show and the circumstances are usually demanding and, sometimes, very time sensitive. We have built a reputation for producing 1200 dpi quality graphics in our client's required time specifications. We continue to look for new ways to assist our clients in meeting their requirements.
Attached you will find four necessary tools for you to use to complete your graphic orders with ease.
The first document is our Art Guidelines, the first step in creating a quality graphic. Within the quidelines you will find everything you, or your designer, will need to know about producing "print ready" artwork. We are able to maintain very affordable graphic rates because we do not have to spend a substantial amount of time preparing the files for print. It is very important to read the guidelines and use them for all file creation to maintain the low cost and avoid any art charges.
These can vary from simple corrections, at $25.00, or major corrections which are billed at an hourly rate of $65.00.
The next document is the Production Timetable, which outlines how long you can expect us to produce particular graphic jobs. Use this for a quick reference to plan the logistics of delivering a project on time. The table is broken up by graphic type and quantity, and is a general guideline for production. As usual, Orbus is willing to work with our clients to meet their deadlines. The next document is the Speed Chart which informs you of when Orbus must charge a modest fee for jobs produced in overtime hours. We provide you with this information so that you will know exactly what is considered overtime and how much extra it will cost.
The final document is the FTP Instructions which outlines how to place a file on the Orbus FTP site. This will be a great tool for submitting artwork because it's free and fast.
By using the tools provided in this packet, every graphic job will be a success. Lack of information jeopardizes the success and causes delays. Having the appropriate time and correct artwork is the foundation of a successful graphics job, and we would like every job you give us meet your expectations. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
