1. Can panels be used outside?

They are not waterproof, however they can be used in marquees/ gazebos if they have sides on and a floor. (not to be used on wet grass). Bases can be added to be used on hard standing.

2.  Can I extend the hire?

Generally yes, but always check as it may impact on other hires. Standard hire is 5 days – after that extra charges occur.

3.  Can I purchase my hire?

No – only folding kits

4. Can I specify delivery & collection times?

Some time deliveries are available on City Link – Pre 9am,10.30am, all at extra costs.

There are no specified collection slots, generally PM collections,  if a specific time is required, then use a dedicated carrier.

What is recommended maximum Height of free standing panels?

2400mm.

5. Can I use velcro with the photos?

Yes, but it is recommended that you use masking tape on the back of photo’s first. This has a low impact adhesive and can peel off easily without damaging the photo.

6. Can I use the panels on both sides?

Yes, but note the following:

a. some of our hire panels are not all the same colour on both sides so the must specify if both sides are to be used.

b. If lighting is being used then the routing of cables may be an issue(consider using a ‘box’ arrangement – see photo)

7. Can we fit lights to folding kits?

Yes – we have a small hire stock of 60w spotlights in silver available.
