Modular Rental
We can rent you a number of different types of modular systems that are very similar to those used in the USA. We have fabric and laminate panels in a choice of colours and styles. We can also rent furniture, computers, plasma screens, showcases, easels, floral arrangements and anything else that you require for your event. As well as delivering and installing the booth anywhere in Europe we take full responsibility for completing all the exhibitor manual forms on your behalf. This includes electrical, contractor, water and waste, vehicle passes, structural, health and safety and risk assessment. We can arrange all the other services that you require for the show including Internet connection, audiovisual equipment such as plasma screens, furniture and floral arrangements. We can also recommend and book your accommodation close to the venue. Storing and Shipping
Many of our American clients already have a booth manufactured by their local exhibit contractor. No problem - We can talk to them directly about the cheapest way of shipping it over to Europe. We can store your booth in our purpose built warehouse between events. We offer a total event management service for those clients who have several shows, which includes inventory control and referbishment. Design
At Access Displays we offer a totally free of charge booth design service. This covers both booth rental and purchase and may include colour visuals or animations. All designs include full working drawings, electrical specification and structural calculations where required.
