Terms and conditions applicable to the Access Displays USA range of products and services

Access USA Terms

Our products are designed for display in an exhibition environment and must not be used for any other purpose.

Order Confirmation

When you place an order with us an email is automatically sent to you confirming the order. Please make sure that your email address is correct.

All orders will be verified and processed by our sales administration team between 9am and 5.30pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. Orders placed during weekends will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following day.

Delays in processing may occur during bank holidays and peak seasons.

We will check your order details are correct and if necessary contact you via email or telephone to confirm any details that are not clear.

Delivery

Upon the signed acceptance of delivery, you have 3 business days to report any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. If no shipping damage is reported during the initial 3 day time period, all future reports or complaints will be treated as a warranty claim and are subject to the terms and conditions of our standard warranty. The shipping costs displayed on this website are estimates and in some cases may need to be recalculated according to the current courier charges. If this is the case, you will be advised after placing your order.

Cancelling an order

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any standard item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all off the shelf products but not products that are being specifically designed or manufactured to your specification. Some items may carry a restocking fee. Please contact the sales team for more details.

Payment Methods

Payment must be made in full before any goods are dispatched.

We accept the following cards for USA online purchases. PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Switch and Solo.

American Express will only be accepted for verbal orders taken over the telephone where we will charge a 4% surcharge.

We also accept prepayment by cheque against proforma Invoices.

We support payment in US dollars, no other currencies are supported.

30 day accounts may be opened for regular customers by special arrangement. Please call 01793 489977 for assistance.

Security

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complex algorithms. We use PayPal to securely process your payments and we do not store your card number on our servers

Returns Policy

Most of our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If any goods are damaged upon receipt we will endeavour to replace or repair them as quickly as possible if you let us know within 24hours of receipt. In some situations we will even loan equivalent products for the duration of your show but this is subject to suitable products being available at that time. Items that are specifically designed or manufactured to your specification can not be returned. Some standard items will carry a re stocking fee. Please check with the sales department for further details.

Graphics

All graphic production is subject to sight of artwork and approval of a final proof. We cannot guarantee matching previous graphic production due to material and technology changes. If graphics are required, this must be done via our sales team by calling 01793 613088.

Colour Swatches

Colour swatches displayed on the Access Displays website are for guidance only. Please note: Slight colour variations may occur from batch to batch.

Information for charities

If you are a charity and are exempt from VAT, we will need proof of this in the form of a VAT certificate. If you do not have one, or require further information on this, please speak to one of our sales advisors on 01793 613088.
